We are in need of a bilingual administrator to assist in processing invoices, entering payroll, and some HR functions.

  • Minimum of Associate Degree in Business/Accounting
  • 5+ years experience in an administrative support function
  • Requires 2+ years experience in accounting
  • Proven experience processing high volume invoices
  • Intermediate level of experience using SAP
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint as well as intermediate familiarity with Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and resourcefully draw accurate conclusions
  • Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations requiring a well-developed sense of organizational prioritization.
  • Bilingual- Spanish
  • Needed to go into the portal for invoices, reconcile the invoices, and create documentation for new hires
  • Assist in travel coordination for the president of the company
  • Invoicing system is Tri-Net 
  • SAP is required 
  • Proven experience with high-volume invoicing 
  • SAP experience required includes collecting invoices, uploading into the portal
  • Must be well-organized and eagerness to learn
