We are in need of a bilingual administrator to assist in processing invoices, entering payroll, and some HR functions.
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Business/Accounting
- 5+ years experience in an administrative support function
- Requires 2+ years experience in accounting
- Proven experience processing high volume invoices
- Intermediate level of experience using SAP
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint as well as intermediate familiarity with Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and resourcefully draw accurate conclusions
- Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations requiring a well-developed sense of organizational prioritization.
- Bilingual- Spanish
- Needed to go into the portal for invoices, reconcile the invoices, and create documentation for new hires
- Assist in travel coordination for the president of the company
- Invoicing system is Tri-Net
- SAP is required
- Proven experience with high-volume invoicing
- SAP experience required includes collecting invoices, uploading into the portal
- Must be well-organized and eagerness to learn
