Coordinator – Customer Relations and Services

The Coordinator’ s main responsibility is reviewing inbound customer correspondence and entering data into the Customer Relationship Management system.
Additional responsibilities include sorting and distributing incoming mail, processing outbound mail and packages, photocopying and scanning, and performing other clerical duties as required.  
Supplementary projects/tasks will be assigned at manager’ s discretion. 

Requirements

Minimum speed of 50 wpm and must be willing to take a typing a test
MS Office Suite Experience
Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in spelling and grammar, detailed and accurate work habits, and excellent interpersonal skills.
