Kavaliro is in need of an Asset Management Specialist to support the flow of inventory for Company' s  support centers to include: receipt of non-functional IT assets, inventory control, packing and transport to secure location within building, between buildings. Ensure that all assets are properly accounted for and that the necessary levels of inventory are maintained.

Experience in providing services for standard office applications as well as troubleshooting of hardware issues (HP, Lenovo, Apple) to include mobile devices

 

Core Functions
  • Oversee asset inventory levels.Perform audits to ensure accuracy
  • Receive/Handle IT equipment
  • Perform warranty repair of computer inventory
  • Prepare and maintain records of all inventory
  • Prepare non-functional IT equipment for salvage
  • Manage assigned work tickets in a timely manner
  • Develop statistical analysis aimed at identifying inventory trends
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are kept up to date
  • Work with staff to ensure standards are met.
  • Provide onsite training where needed

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist in the imaging of computer inventory
  • Individual will be required to work between locations/buildings based on business needs and workload – VA, DC

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • CompTIA A+ certification Required
  • Proven abilities to develop and maintain positive customer relations
  • Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills preferred
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
  • Work independently and manage workload at a high rate of speed
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent written, verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Attendance and reliability are critical
