Kavaliro's client, a leading company in Orlando, FL, is actively seeking a Hybrid Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in leveraging expertise in analysis, design/architecture, configuration, and problem-solving to address CRM business process issues and gaps, particularly within the realm of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM framework.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP experience to configure and customize CRM functionalities to align with business needs.
  • Employ analytical skills to identify gaps and inefficiencies in CRM processes and propose innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business systems and applications.
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP, with a focus on CRM modules.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in analysis, design/architecture, configuration, and problem-solving within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
