The Business Process Coordinator develops and maintains the interface between Engineering and its process partners within Purchasing, Controlling, Legal, HR and the MSP departments, ensuring alignment with all processes and conformity with quality management systems within all Engineering Departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure adherence to process documentation requirements (e.g. ISO9001); develop and maintain local associate toolbox
Support internal and external ISO audit preparations.
Write business process management and resource management processes. 
Train the new associates on quality management systems.
Support and monitor the negotiation process for Engineering department’ s agreements for overhead costs.
Provide support with Engineering budget planning, including overhead costs as well as capital investment.
Communicate with budget groups for each Engineering cost center department.
Keep regular contact with the Controllers and provides details when requested.
Compile and present periodic (monthly) updates of Engineering departments’ budget (planned and actual).
Supports with deviation analysis
Prepares Engineering department meeting, compiles meeting minutes and manages LOP.
Coordination of special projects as assigned by the VP of Engineering

REQUIRED:

Minimum of three years’ experience in a technical project coordination or six sigma coordination
Experience working with SAP IFT and Microsoft SharePoint
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
Six Sigma Certification is a plus
This position deal heavily with German speaking nationals and clients.  Being fully bilingual in the German language is required
