Change Management Analyst 

Job Duties:

Consultant will identify and validate changes and change impact on effected groups 
Will coordinate change impacts with training workstreams
Consultant will maange, develop, and plan communications and engagements 
Develop and execute change network approach as well as  change readiness / measurement approach

Required Skills:

Change Management experience
Communications Planning and Delivery experience (developing plans, stakeholder analysis)
Ability to develop presentations and make presentations as necessary
Experience in training development/execution

Desired Skills:

Experience developing training strategy and training materials
PROSCI Certification in change management or training methodology
Experience with website implementations
Experience working on Agile projects
