Job Description

Our client is seeking a contractor for an advanced SME level position with 8+ years experience. 

Skills:
AWS IAM
  • AWS SSO  à AzureAD SSO
  • Authentication patterns (Automation)
  • IAM policy creation (Terraform), Least priv determination.
  • Permission boundaries
  • IAM management at scale
Automation
  • Terraform, Terragrunt, TFE, Terraform Modules, Gitops led PR ingress.
  • Cloudformation, service catalogue
  • ADO Pipelines (automating terraform deployments and SAST tooling, Cost governance tooling)
  • Python/Lambda
  • EC2 K8s image automation
    • Hashicorp Packer
    • Ansible
    • Linux (RHEL, AL2) & Windows Server Imaging automation 
AWS Security tooling and automated deployment and lifecycle management
  • Securityhub, guardduty, Azure defender, AWS Audit manager, macie etc
  • Automated compliance testing using Audit manager
  • Config, custom conformance packs (creating conformance packs, config rules, policies aligning to governance frameworks)
  • Pipeline led compliance collection 
AWS Networking
  • Centralized egress/ingress infra
  • Direct connect, transit gateway, vpc, security groups, ANFW, WAF, GWLB appliances, routing, vpn. SDWAN(ZScaler) 
AWS services design and configuration eg, S3, EC2, API GW, Lambda, fsx, ebs, DR, EKS/ECS, managed services, SIEM tooling, performance and monitoring and observability Cloud native AWS tooling.

Responsibilities:
  • Motivated troubleshooting and process improvement.
  • If something is broken you can fix it and If something is missing you will can create it.
  • Willing to learn current best practices and be a vocal SME in collaborative scrum
  • Collaborate outside of same team scope (Collab with Architecture, Networking)
  • Abundant knowledge sharing attitude
