Kavaliro is in need of an experience SharePoint developer to design, build, configure, main and conceptualize complex and detailed SharePoint sites to be available for all employees to use as a one stop for their learning needs. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign SharePoint components and applications
  • Develop and customize SharePoint based on requirements (may include: very complex – linking to Oracle sites and other Company systems)
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
  • Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
  • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
  • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
  • Manage and track to successful completion assignments
  • Troubleshoot and enhance pre-existing solutions developed by yourself or others
  • Maintain solution requirement, design, and usage documentation along with procedural work instructions
  • Assist in the development of content management best practices and governance
  • Provide end user support for SharePoint sites and solutions
  • Assist in the development of SharePoint end-user training materials
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance activities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a taxonomy for content storage and retrieval- working with business users and stakeholders

Required Skills:
  • 5 years of experience developing SharePoint consisting of Web Parts, Lists, Libraries, and Workflows using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath and background coding
  • Experience with SharePoint Suite
  • Experience in evaluating current business processes and determining technical solutions using SharePoint to improve those processes
  • Experience in developing SharePoint solutions using Visio, Access, and/or PowerShell
  • Good communicator with ability to explain complex concepts in plain language, generate enthusiasm, and communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Client oriented and have good customer care skills, understanding clients' needs and concerns
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks involving planned projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Be motivated, independent and self-sufficient, able to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor' s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • 5-7 years experience required
