Host Configuration Management Automated Deployments
The DevOps Developer will collaborate with the team to implement processes and solutions that allow for a scalable, automated, and self-service approach to delivering software and infrastructure.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for advancing automation capabilities within IT.
This candidate must be willing to learn new tools and work across different technology stacks and must also have an eye towards process improvement.
Candidate must be able to operate in a cross functional fashion and adjust to frequent changes that can occur in an agile environment, including new requirements, evolving goals and strategies, and emerging technologies. 

Job Duties:

Partner with IT Application Project and Support teams to deliver solutions to complex problems surrounding the Host Configuration Management and Automated Deployment capabilities Advance ITs DevOps capabilities through intelligent design and delivery Deliver functioning and properly tested code to meet customer needs Ability to work independently on sprint user stories but also have a willingness to work collaboratively with the team to solve problems

Basic/Required Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience coding in Java, C#, Perl, Python, or equivalent
2 or more years of database experience with systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, and/or Oracle Familiarity with Source Code Management tools like Subversion and Git

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with the process of provisioning virtual servers, including but not limited to installation/configuration of the OS, middleware, and application components Familiarity with Host Configuration Management tools like Puppet, Chef, etc.
Familiarity with the Continuous Integration process or willing to learn tools like Jenkins, Nexus
Knowledge of Cloud based technologies
