This position will support Siting, Permitting and Engagement in preparing development drawings, GIS data gathering, and environmental and construction permitting. 
Support Siting, Permitting and Engagement to increase efficiencies, support workload (new transmission lines and substations, substation expansions, transmission line rebuilds, pole replacements, etc.), and meet growing permitting demands. 
Provide site development, associated CAD/GIS drawings, permitting, and field support for electrical transmission line and substation projects 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Job experience involving environmental permitting, storm water, site development, or related discipline. 
Experience preparing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, site development plans, and other environmental and construction permits (e.g. Army Corps of Engineers Waters of the US, Construction-in-a-Floodway, Threatened & Endangered Species, Cultural Resources). 
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and experienced in ArcGIS. 
Excellent office computer, communication, and organizational skills. 
Must be able to independently provide quality deliverables for multiple, fast-paced projects with minimal supervision and solve complex problems. 
Must be able to travel, enjoy working in the field and rugged terrain. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and ArcGIS interchangeably to import/export data. 
Experience with state environmental agencies and DOT permitting
