REMOTE HRIS Analyst - Direct Hire

The HRIS Analyst will coordinate a variety of departmental-level information technology activities.  This position performs core functions that may include, but are not limited to, assisting departmental team members with optimal use of information systems, recommending system usage improvements to enhance departmental workflow and efficiency, developing and executing functional system test plans, developing functional specifications for system change requests, preparing the department for system upgrades or maintenance, performing occasional informal end user system training, preparing routine to moderately complex custom reports using system vendor-supplied report writing tools and developing non-networked worksheets and databases using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience and Kronos Time and Attendance and Clock experience are preferred. 
  • Payroll experience in an enterprise system (UltiPro) is recommended. 
  • Preferred candidates will have familiarity with UltiPro Core HR, and other integrated systems and Kronos, along with strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Minimum of two Years' experience as HRIS Professional. 
  • AA Degree 
  • Must be proficient in spreadsheet, database and word Processing 
  • Must have valid passport, 10% travel involved.
