Job Description


Kavaliro has partnered with a manufacturing organization in Orlando, Florida seeking a Payroll Administrator. 

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to maintain employee data
  • Calculate pay raises, shift payments, and overtime compensatio
  • Issue tax forms and related documentation and assist employees to complete them
  • Deduct tax and insurance payments
  • Resolve issues employees have with timesheets, payslips, and other payroll matters
  • Change employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years Payroll experience
  • ADP experience required
  • Multi-state payroll tax experience required
  • CPP preferred (Certified Payroll Professional)
Salary:
  • $50k-$60k
