Project Coordinator, TRAINING OPERATIONS

This role is part of a high performing team that provides training coordination, administrative, and logistical support for classroom and virtual training events. The Project Coordinator  will:

• Manage courses and learners in Learning Management System (LMS), including registrations, generating course rosters, managing withdrawals and waitlists, and creating reports

• Maintain content repository and consult with department on the upload and archival of content via box.com

• Communicate with various audiences regarding the learning event details, pre-work assignments, schedule and/or course changes, reminders about upcoming sessions

• Coordinate program execution and logistics with internal groups and external facilitators, subject matter experts, and vendors; including the scheduling of rooms, lunches, badges, ground transportation, etc., as needed

• Partner with training managers in developing and maintaining the training calendar

• Monitor and address learner questions submitted through the group mailbox

• Order/Prepare printed materials specific to each training session, product launch, or sales meeting; ensure all participants have requisite materials prior to event

• Administer surveys, generate reports, and distribute appropriately

• Provide ad hoc services as needed

Requirements Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’ s degree required

• 1 to 3 years of work experience; corporate experience in a mid to large sized company strongly preferred

• Training coordination or event management experience preferred

• LMS Admin experience preferred (SABA Cloud, SuccessFactors, SumTotal will be a plus) General Knowledge and Skills

• Good analytical and problem solving skills • Comfortable with data management/data manipulation • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

• Ability to quickly learn client specific applications
