Job Description


Kavaliro was selected by a cutting-edge leader in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability. They  are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Systems Project Manager to lead and oversee projects focused on cutting-edge commercial systems, with expertise in Hartigen Power Optics, TRM Tracker, and Alteryx Workflow.  This would be a long-term contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee projects focused on commercial systems within a cutting-edge renewable energy company, with expertise in Hartigen Power Optics, TRM Tracker, and Alteryx Workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and requirements for commercial system implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize Hartigen Power Optics, TRM Tracker, Alteryx Workflow, and other relevant tools to optimize data analysis, reporting, and workflow processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in commercial system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and data accuracy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into system requirements, and implement solutions that enhance commercial operations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in commercial systems, integrating relevant updates into project strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on commercial systems in the renewable energy sector.
  • Expertise in Power Optics, TRM Tracker, Alteryx Workflow, and other relevant commercial system tools.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with commercial objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
