This role is responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The Project Manager will utilize the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework in the creation of full scale project plans for execution of project goals and strategies. Project Manager will manage project scope and will undertake strategy creation for contingency planning and risk mitigation to ensure projects remain on track.
The Project Manager constantly monitors and reports project progress to project stakeholders. Multiple project dimensions will be reported including project timelines, problems and resolutions, change management, interventions needed to achieve desired outputs, and post production evaluation of results and lessons learned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Master' s Degree
Project Management Certificate
With Bachelor' s Degree: At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with at least 3 years experience in Health Care, Managed Care Experience is a must.
With Associate' s Degree: At least 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with at least 3 years experience in Health Care, Managed Care Experience is a must.
With High School Diploma: At least 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with at least 3 years experience in Health Care, Managed Care Experience is a must.
Experience with Process Improvement Methodology including defining and documenting workflow.
Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as developers in a tactful manner.
Experience with Workflow Tools.
Basic understanding of data models and SQL. Working knowledge of MS Office, Visio, project plan.
Able to articulate and follow the project management and SDLC lifecycles.
Knowledge of Healthcare data elements
