A minimum of 5 years experience working in the field of social science with an emphasis on customer experience / customer satisfaction research methodologies. Demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, regarding applied problems with a strong familiarity and understanding of quantitative analyses. Experience working on customer locations within the Intelligence Community (IC) including familiarity using IC classified networks. Demonstrated proficiency working at an executive level within a government customer’ s organization providing timely and concise recommendations along with daily interaction.

Education:  Bachelor degree (Advanced degree preferred) in a social science or a related discipline. In some cases, a Bachelor’ s degree with significant applied qualitative research experience in industry or government may be considered.

Technical Skills: We are seeking a candidate to join  Research team as a Senior Qualitative and Quantitative analyst on site. This person will be a seasoned and highly analytical professional responsible for planning and conducting primary and secondary customer satisfaction and corporate reputation research, including analysis and monitoring of market trends among customers, employees and other stakeholders. This person will work in developing and analyzing trends, providing recommendations of research best practices and help to provide business partners with strategy insights and action plan development. The successful candidate will be able to operate independently yet contribute significantly and collegially in a collaborative team environment.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

·         Experience with designing and executing rigorous qualitative and quantitative research programs. Innovative methodologies and approaches strongly encouraged.

·         Strong capacity for creativity; ability to brainstorm to come up with creative solutions to business and research problems.

·         Translate business requirements and unstructured business issues into data analytic problems that can be tested.

·         Understand the objective and impact of projects on the client’ s business and propose solutions.

·         Strong writing skills ranging from Director level briefs to long-form detailed project plans.

·         Ability to succinctly and visually represent key insights, familiarity with the creation of frameworks and an experienced synthesizer of data into a powerful story is a must. We have both lay and technical audiences at the senior executive level.

·         Assist with the development of manuals, handbooks, reports, presentations and project plans.

·         Distill research findings into meaningful and actionable insights and communicate strategic implications and recommendations

·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively work in teams.

·         Assisting in data collection and continuous improvement processes to ensure data integrity and insights captured align with the strategic needs of the client.

·         Solid statistical analysis skills and statistical software knowledge (SPSS, R, or similar software tool) and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
