Our client is looking for an HR professional with a strong emphasis in recruiting.
This role requires an individual to build valuable relationships with internal clients and will transfer requests and solutions to/from the business unit.
Responsible for proactively delivering dedicated HR support to assigned group.
This person will lead complex and challenging HR projects and must gain deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees and business processes.
The Human Resources Business Partner will recruit key talent, both internally and externally for assigned work groups and will act as the performance improvement driver while provoking positive change in associate management.
Additionally, this position will provide necessary support as needed with policies, compensation, performance management, benefits, safety and health issues for assigned business units.
• High-volume recruiting preferable at least 2 years of experience
• Experience working with HRIS tools and web based applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws.
• 5% travel, overnight required
