Facilitate the recruiting and hiring processes by providing technical and logistical support to recruiters. Ensure the satisfaction of hiring managers, candidates and new hires by providing responsive, high quality, professional service and support in the recruiting function.

Job Duties: 

Coordinating the hiring process with recruiters
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the Taleo applicant tracking system
Creating offers in Taleo per the guidelines provided by the recruiter
Scheduling applicants for interviews and pre-employment testing
Coordinating travel arrangements for applicants
Preparing and sending offer letters to applicants
Monitoring the onboarding for new hires: creation of employee file, badge request, Form I-9, etc.
Coordinating the background screening and drug screening processes and reporting results to the recruiter
Recognizing and proposing solutions to improve the recruiting processes and workflows

Basic Qualifications:

Associates Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of administrative experience within Human Resources
Proven proficiency with MS Office
Experience with the Taleo applicant tracking system
