Recruitment Coordinator

This role will assist the Talent Acquisition team with various tasks including interview scheduling, operations and reporting. The Recruitment Coordinator must be energetic, personable, extremely organized, and have the ability to keep calm under pressure. Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as the point of contact in the scheduling of interviews, greeting of candidates and other ad-hoc projects as needed. This role is looking for someone who possess the proven track record of having the experience and confidence to handle a large workload in a fast-paced, complex work environment

Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties (scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, expenses) Conduct intake meetings for new project assignments, effectively collecting the information necessary for project completion Provide regular project status reporting and updates.

Assist with New Employee Orientation.

Qualifications

•             Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal

•             Strong organizational skills

•             Ability to multi-task

•             Aptitude to learn new tasks quickly.

•             Must be able to quickly gain employee trust and maintain an extraordinarily high level of confidentiality

•             MUST work well under pressure

•             Attention to detail (Critical).

•             Ability to multi-task (Critical).

•             Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision

•             Ability to speak comfortably with employees and candidates of all levels

•             Able to read situations quickly and facilitate cooperation

•             Previous experience in a Matrix Talent Acquisition organization (HR Experience nice, but not required).

•             Must be able to work during core business hours.

•             Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
