  Job Description

This role will assist the Talent Acquisition team with various tasks including interview scheduling, operations and reporting. The Recruitment Coordinator must be energetic, personable, extremely organized, and have the ability to keep calm under pressure. Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as the point of contact in the scheduling of interviews, greeting of candidates and other ad-hoc projects as needed. This role is looking for someone who possess the proven track record of having the experience and confidence to handle a large workload in a fast-paced, complex work environment 

This role will be responsible for the processing a high volume of queries related to the talent acquisition. This role will reconcile information from various sources such as candidate expense and possibly working in our finance tools and conduct intake meetings for new project assignments, effectively collecting the information necessary for project completion.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of general HR experience including recruitment, new hire on-boarding and new hire orientations

• Previously worked in/with Pharmaceutical industry

• 1-2 years’ Talent Acquisitions

• Comfortable and adept in fast-paced, high-volume work environment

• Ability to work independently ensuring completeness and accuracy with minimal direction

• Proficient with SharePoint.

• Experience working with Sales team a plus, but not required

• Aptitude to learn new tasks quickly

• Must be able to quickly gain employee trust and maintain an extraordinarily high level of confidentiality

• Ability to speak comfortably with employees and candidates of all levels

• Able to read situations quickly and facilitate cooperation

• Previous experience in a Matrix Talent Acquisition organization (HR Experience nice, but not required)

• Must be able to work during core business hours

• Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
