IT Analyst is responsible for attending all project meetings, environment setup based off of application requirements, helping resolve technical issues and pushing application teams to adopt technology/infrastructure standards. 

The candidate will be part of IT support team who is responsible providing development, test and business team supporting application, build, deployment activities and environment related issues. Coordinates with other teams for teams environmental needs. Work as part of pre-prod readiness team and supports Integration and other execution activities. 
Trouble shoots application errors and provides support, Analysis, Design, and Implementation of Infrastructure components for an Enterprise Operational Data Store (ODS) and Data Warehouse (EDW). The candidate will fully comply with Company' s SDLC processes for Infrastructure and application development / build out activities. 


Candidate Responsibilities: 
Interact with Development, Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Database Modeling Support, Database Administrators, other Development teams and Operations as required 
Adopting and implementing standards and best practices for data warehouse application build out support. 
Support various teams in pre-prod testing and integrations activities and will be part of Data Stubbing team. 
Interact with Infrastructure Operations groups including Engineering, Operations, and Shared Services teams as required. 
Creates necessary technical artifacts to meet functional specifications and requirements 

Required skills: 
7+ years of experience in full life cycle of application/system development. 
Very strong experience in UNIX (variants), Oracle and Informatica Suite of products. 
Solid understanding of Infrastructure components like Server, Storage, networking, Virtualization (VMWare) and Java Application Servers (JBoss, tcServer, etc.). 
Strong experience in High Availability/Failover, Performance Monitoring and Analysis, Replication and ETL process. 
Good Communication and Presentation skills and ability to articulate key technologies/concepts to non-Technical folks. 
Ability to multi task and be hands-on. Be able to work collaboratively and gain consensus. 
Strong ability to understand and represent high level technical capabilities. Good understanding of technical applications and systems 
Must have proven ability to provide project estimates and work-breakdown schedules 
Must have high integrity and accountability, willing to do what it takes to make the team successful 
Must have proven ability to manage priorities and timelines 
Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency 
Responsible, conscientious, organized, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision 
Must be detail oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills. 

EDUCATION: 
• Computer Science Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Masters
