Sets up user accounts on new laptops and cell phones for company employees.  Provides technical support for PCs and Phones during staff mobilization.  Install software, configure, and support new computer assets. Perform application administration activities such as creating, modifying, and deleting users, optimizing remote access, and security access for messaging systems, databases, and web applications. Support, troubleshoot, and provide resolution for application, hardware, and communication problems. Coordinate with department leadership to plan, design, and schedule the release of all computer and peripheral assets to include laptops and cellphones to onboarding personnel and provide support during the 60-day mobilization period.
  • Technical certifications: Microsoft administration experience required. Expertise in system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and security procedures
  • Application Knowledge: (Windows 10 / MS Office / MS SharePoint) expertise including installation, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning
  • Microsoft Certificates
  • Office 365 account setup and user training
  • New PC setup
  • New Cell Phone setup
