We’ re seeking a Web Content Producer to manage and maintain content for websites and other online properties including landing pages, microsites and apps. The Web Content Producer ensures that website content is produced in adherence to business goals and best practice standards for UX/UI, search and accessibility. The ideal candidate will have the technical and design knowledge required to maintain the verbal and visual integrity of brand experiences online. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages and performs content updates as part of new site launches in addition to ongoing optimization and web maintenance requests.
  • Keeps web content updated, dynamic and user-friendly. Ensures content and design updates adhere to web standards and brand guidelines.
  • Gathers content requirements for websites and online experiences to produce content inventory, audit and mapping documents to identify copywriting needs and content requirements.
  • Builds, edits and publishes webpages, posts and multimedia components using web content management systems.
  • Works with account and creative teams to identify, source, gather and prepare assets for upload to the CMS.
  • Creates content management admin user guides and leads client trainings for web admins.
  • Performs quality assurance testing to validate content updates render effectively across browsers, platforms and devices prior to deployment.
  • Uses working knowledge of web publishing technologies such as CSS and HTML to effectively communicate needs and triage issues with designers and developers.
  • Works and strategizes with clients and internal teams to improve and maintain the effectiveness of the overall web and user experience.

  • 3+ years web content management experience
  • Proven experience and proficiency working in content management systems on a variety of platforms
  • Proficiency with writing standards-based HTML, CSS, and markup.
  • Experience with SDL Tridion, WordPress, or other content management software desired
  • Working knowledge of web best practices: SEO, UX, UI design, responsive, mobile, cross browser/platform testing and accessibility standards.
  • Strong project management skills with proven abilities in managing multiple schedules and deadlines, and cross-team collaboration and communication.
  • Works well independently yet enjoys cross team collaboration and working in agency environment.
  • Results driven, enjoys problem solving and passionate about being challenged.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends and be available for web deployments during non-business hours.
