We’ re seeking a spirited, self-directed individual to join a expanding and fast-paced North Bay property development and management company. We need someone who enjoys overcoming unforeseen challenges, is highly adaptable, skilled at written and verbal communication, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. While this role heavily revolves around Accountant and Bookkeeping tasks, all members of the team work together on a diverse range of projects and are cross-functional. The listed responsibilities are not inclusive of what will be expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to)
  • Process AP/AR
  • Assist in handling, preparing, report processing and analyzing accounting data.
  • Manage company paper flow and records
  • Produce income and expense reports
  • Assess current operational processes and implement new efficiencies accordingly
  • Remain point person for vendor and client contacts regarding invoice inquiries

  • Experience directly related to listed responsibilities
  • Skilled use in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
  • Yardi experience a plus
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Minimum 2-year Accounting experience or education
  • Current students must be graduating at the end of this term
  • Driver’ s License and access to a vehicle
