Coordinate business activities related to the project, as needed. In future phases, that could involve clarifying business needs/requirements, coordinating data verification and validation, coordinating UAT testing, coordinating deployment activities, etc.
Business readiness activities
Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience writing enterprise class documents
Work to facilitate weekly core team meetings, as needed.
Take notes at the team meetings. Review with PM and send to applicable recipients.
Create and track action items. Keep them organized and follow up on items that haven’ t been completed.
Work with PM to plan upcoming project activities, as needed.
Coordinate the drafting of each month’ s PER slide deck. Create draft and send it to team members as applicable for input. After the review, send it to the business analyst who is running the monthly PER deck.
Put together/edit governance documentation (e.g., PAP) for project gates (initiate, commit, etc.), update Risk register, and other documentation.
Help make sure all the work streams are progressing, as needed.
? Basic Qualifications:
Associates Degree with 4-7Yrs experience or Bachelor’ s degree from a four-year college or university. Prefer 4 to 7 years of job related experience. The individual should have clear and concise verbal/written communication skills and have the ability to address contract laborers as well as management. Travel will be necessary and a commitment to be on site through project planning, deployment, and commissioning
