Lead change manager for enterprise-wide cyber security projects.
Develop an organizational change management plan for a large project using a structured methodology.
The final product should include at minimum:
Stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, communication plan, and developing training strategy
Ability to develop strategy and all communication and training materials collaboratively with subject matter experts
Advanced experience with the following Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and MS Project.
Experience leading change efforts for large technology projects using standard change management methodology.
Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Successful change management for Agile projects
Experience working on projects to support physical and/or cyber security
Must have 5-7 years change management experience.
