Content Production Specialist - partial telecommuting allowed
Provides support for the development and maintenance of the digital education learning experience. Interacts with faculty and subject matter experts to gather information, manages content and associated assets (including images, video, hyperlinks, tables, etc.), monitors and manages content workflow, documents changes to content, ensures adherence to timelines, manages user feedback. Leads testing, implementation, documentation of the Learning Management System. Serves as the digital education Super User, providing support and serving as a resource for customers.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience):
- Bachelor' s degree in healthcare, education, instructional design, or related field required. Experience researching and developing professional education for an online user experience required.
- Professional background in healthcare as a healthcare provider required.
- Experience reviewing and accurately synthesizing actionable information from medical literature, experience monitoring Web analytics and other indicators of user behavior required.
