Job Duties 
  • Project setup for all divisions; sends daily starts report to entire organization
  • Prints and assembles PO’ s and custom job folders
  • Enters contract pricing into Computer Ease for assigned divisions
  • Sends “ Click off” notification to field personnel for all divisions
  • Proactively monitors Crew Time reports; prioritizes work accordingly
  • Creates RFC tickets in Computer Ease
  • Assists Accounting personnel with identifying paid and outstanding receivables
  • Works with field personnel to obtain work authorization and EPO’ s / VPO’ s
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a fast paced office environment
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience (Excel / Word)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as collectively with other team members
  • Previous Construction / Builder / Project Management experience preferred
