HR Support - Admin role  

We are seeking a full-time candidate to join a high performing team of HR professionals in a casual and dynamic environment.  


This position is at the Corporate Headquarters’ site in Santa Rosa, California.


This support role has an emphasis on administrative support, project management, documentation review/tracking, and event coordination.

Daily job duties and responsibilities include:
  • Basic support for immigration, intern, and campus programs
  • Monitoring and maintaining established programs
  • Some facilitation
  • Scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms across all sites
  • Travel and expense support to our Business HR Managers
  • Consolidation of inputs
  • Monitoring the Country HR email node
  • Appropriately funneling employee questions
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews

Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
