Kavaliro is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the team of one of the leading Orlando based clients. 

  • Evaluate, assess and make recommendations related to all HR online systems including HRIS, benefits systems, recruiting, on-boarding and ATS systems to ensure efficient and compliant HR administration

  • Acts as System Administrator for all HR technology including HRIS and Benefits Administration Systems including responsibility for configuration and maintenance

  • Partner with benefits and recruiting functions to build and maintain ACA, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding modules to ensure proper payroll processing and legal compliance

  • Work closely with the HRIS provider to develop and execute import/export interfaces

  • Accurately and timely process HRIS data entry including, status changes, terminations, and new hire benefits/qualifying events

  • Collect data and track exit feedback for full-time and part-time staff and provide periodic executive summary of trends

  • Craft and implement plans to improve efficiency and streamline HR processes

  • Confirm timely and accurate processing of monthly benefit invoices from all providers by collecting employee data, balance and prepare invoices for review and approval (liaise with the Comp & Benefits Specialist and third party Benefits Administration)


•            Bachelor’ s Degree in human resources, information technology or a related field required

•            Strong social and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required

•            Effective communicator with strong business writing skills

•            Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working independently or with a team

•            Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality

•            Standout colleague capable of building strong relationships with various partners

•            Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department

•            Excellent skills with Microsoft Office

  • HR Technology (HRIS, ATS, etc.) experience required. UltiPro experience preferred

  • Reporting software experience required. 

  • COGNOS experience preferred
