  Jr. Technical Support Specialist

The Jr. Technical Support Specialist is responsible for answering calls, Tier 1 trouble shooting and processing Service and Work Order request. Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software programs over the phone. Proven ability to function in a fast paced environment including immediate changes in the computer field. Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated.

Required Skills

1-3+ years of Customer Service Experience.

Call Center Experience preferred, but not required.

Experience using Microsoft products.

Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
