Description:
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows operating system and  Microsoft Office business applications including Outlook
  • Experienced use of web-based order fulfillment software is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills 
  • Experience in high-tech/electronic industry is a plus 
  • Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Job Description: 
  • The position will be comprised of the following administrative tasks performed daily, and throughout the day, supporting our Logistics and Administrative team.       
  • Update service orders with documents and shipping information
  • Able to manage time effectively to meet daily shipment times
  • Generate shipping labels / waybills for various local and global shipping carriers
  • Monitor status reports to meet specific delivery requirements
  • The shipping team throughput is approx. 30 to 60 orders daily.

Other administrative tasks supporting the Logistics, Calibration, and Repair teams may be assigned as the employee gains experience.
