you will be working directly with the Government Representative to review the current system and software architectures. You will evaluate new systems and software for potential upgrades and overall business impact as it applies to the customer.   You provide input in meetings with key technical leaders from the government and contract staff to review systems, changes, and overall business impact analysis. 

 

•     Active Current Top Secret Clearance with active SCI eligibility 
•     IAM Level II Certification - (CASP, CAP, CISM, CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC)
•     Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Certification
•     Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
•     10 years of experience providing Enterprise Architecture solutions and strategic plans to include
o     Experience developing, implementing and maintaining plans, briefings, reports and training materials to support Enterprise Architecture Programs 
o     Experience developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture (application, data, infrastructure, security, technical, and business architectures), Technical Reference Model (TRM), EA Roadmap and associated vision, strategy and implementation documentation in accordance with Federal and DoD regulations, guidelines and policies as well as industry best practices. Architectures, reference models, roadmaps and strategic plans shall be reviewed and updated annually
o     Experience defining, modeling, developing, maintaining, analyzing, and managing databases, data models, and data architecture, standards, policies, processes and plans in support of   data management
o     Experience developing, implementing and maintaining plans, briefings, reports and training materials to support the establishment and execution the EA Program
o     Experience coordinating with the OCIO ITBO and PMO to conduct business needs analysis activities including, but not limited to, supporting requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, and creating business and technology scenarios
o     Experience defining, developing, implementing, managing, and maintain EA methodologies, standards, tools/repositories, standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of this objective, related processes, and reporting mechanisms
o     Experience managing, implementing and maintaining the Change Control Process to include, but not limited to, supporting the Change Control Board and Enterprise Architecture Review Board meetings
o     Experience developing, implementing and maintaining plans, briefings, reports and training materials to support the establishment and execution of an Emerging Technology Program
