- Processes weekly/bi-weekly payroll for assigned locations
- Update the data base for new hires, terminated employees, and compensation changes.
- Update data in excel to manually calculate commission and bonus.
- Review, validate and approve marketing correction forms.
- Prepare monthly commission and bonus accrual calculations.
- Communicates with sites to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Responsible for auditing activity for risk and timekeeping errors
- Complete ADP balance sheet entry and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of payroll data
