RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processes weekly/bi-weekly payroll for assigned locations
  • Update the data base for new hires, terminated employees, and compensation changes.
  • Update data in excel to manually calculate commission and bonus.
  • Review, validate and approve marketing correction forms.
  • Prepare monthly commission and bonus accrual calculations.
  • Communicates with sites to resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Responsible for auditing activity for risk and timekeeping errors
  • Complete ADP balance sheet entry and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of payroll data

  • Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
  • Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Current understanding of time and attendance systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
