            <description><![CDATA[Our client is seeking a VP, Systems & Reports Analyst for a direct hire opportunity. &nbsp;&nbsp;The VP, Systems & Reports Analyst is a resource for other departments of the Bank to assist them with utilizing the Bankâs core systems and generating custom reports needed to fulfill their job responsibilities. &nbsp;This role also serves as a back to the Core Systems Manager to manage, maintain, and optimize the core banking systems to ensure smooth banking operations. This role assists with overseeing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with IT teams to enhance the systemâs performance and security. &nbsp;Effective project management and communication skills are essential. The position requires formulating strategies and implementing processes that will streamline bank processes. This position requires that the individual work in office, independently, and with minimal supervision.<br>
<br>
Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.<br>
<br>
<strong>Pay Rate</strong>: $100,000 - $130,000 annually<br>
<br>
<strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:</u></strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Assists department heads throughout the bank with the following tasks, as needed:
</ul>

<ol>
&#9;<li>Identifying opportunities to add efficiencies to processes by better utilizing core systems
&#9;<li>Generating custom reports that will provide decision makers with the information they need
&#9;<li>Provide technical support to bank employees with their use of core systems
&#9;<li>Occasionally train bank employees on the use of core systems, as needed
&#9;<li>Any other assistance needed by bank departments with core systems
</ol>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Translate requests from business units and technical teams, from across the organization, into actionable project plans by gathering requirements and planning resources
&#9;<li>Create and maintain project documentation with a systematic approach
&#9;<li>Assist and serve as the back up to the VP Core Systems Manager as follows:
</ul>

<ol>
&#9;<li>Configure and customize the core banking system to meet the organizationâs business requirements, regulatory needs and &nbsp;&nbsp;improve system user acceptance
&#9;<li>Liaison with the Bankâs core vendor regarding opening new tickets for system changes, updates or validating system settings.
&#9;<li>Perform and document periodic audits to ensure the accuracy of user roles and ensure change management requirements are met.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Communicate directly with the Bankâs auditors and examiners to provide system validation testing and security controls.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Work with external vendors and internal teams to integrate third-party applications and services with the core banking system.
&#9;<li>Provide resolutions to complex technical system issues
&#9;<li>Participate in core banking system upgrades, migrations, and new project implementation including thorough testing and validation.
&#9;<li>Ensure thorough testing of upgrades and new implementations using the Bankâs various test environments&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Troubleshoots system issues that may impact clients and works to identify and resolve the issues.&nbsp;
</ol>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Participate in Fiserv DNA training, Fiserv Community, and other opportunities to improve skills, keep abreast of best practices and changes to the platform and products
&#9;<li>Minimum of 10 hours CRA volunteer hours per year. Volunteer hours are typically scheduled within business hours. This is compensable time and mileage is reimbursed
&#9;<li>Other duties as assigned
</ul>
<br>
<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Relevant PM Certification or education (PMP or equivalent) preferred
&#9;<li>A minimum of 5 years of analyst experience with core banking systems
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs Degree or work experience equivalent with sufficient background in administering core banking systems and business management disciplines
&#9;<li>Strong skillset with writing custom reports
&#9;<li>Ability to effectively analyze unique issues/problems without precedent and/or structure and problem solve collaboratively
&#9;<li>Ability to interact with a wide range of internal staff members and external professionals
&#9;<li>Knowledge of system security protocols and industry best practices
&#9;<li>Strong foundational knowledge of bank operations, core platform functions, proficiencies and integration
&#9;<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project management tools
&#9;<li>Ability to maintain regular attendance and work scheduled hours

<strong><em>System and Network Administration:</em></strong>

&#9;<li>Design, configure, maintain, and manage security/infrastructure features for local and wide area networks and systems. Configure, monitor, and maintain security infrastructure environment to ensure network and systems integrity. Where applicable and management approved, add and delete users on network-connected devices and applications.
&#9;<li>Oversee adherence to and ensure compliance with internal controls within the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) pertaining to network/system operations.

<strong><em>Web Infrastructure Management</em></strong>

&#9;<li>Install, test, implement, and maintain Microsoft IIS.

&#9;<li>Design/develop/implement web-based applications for internal use.
&#9;<li>Database Infrastructure Management
&#9;<li>Set-up, test, maintain, and secure internal Microsoft (MS) SQL databases.
&#9;<li>Create and maintain maintenance routines for Bank SQL databases.
&#9;<li>Monitor MS SQL Database performance on Bank servers. Proactively address issues that arise.

<strong><em>Video Communications</em></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Troubleshoot system problems through resolution.
&#9;<li>Provide environment to set-up and test new configurations.
&#9;<li>Work with the Security Team to provide law enforcement evidence in the form of motion video and still pictures as needed.
</ul>

<strong><em>Audit Responsibilities</em></strong>

&#9;<li>Provide requested audit materials and responses in a timely and accurate fashion.
&#9;<li>Remediate audit findings where necessary.
&#9;<li>Participate in audit meetings as requested.

<strong><em>ATM Responsibilities</em></strong><br>
Manage technical support

<ul>
&#9;<li>Work with the Network team to isolate ATMs.
&#9;<li>Work with the IP and Retail teams to ensure ATM transactions flow in a timely and appropriate manner.
&#9;<li>Patch and upgrade ATM transaction processing (NCRTran) and management (NCRVisiion) servers to the proper application level.
&#9;<li>Upgrade the ATMs themselves to the proper application level.
</ul>
<strong><em>Other Administrative Responsibilities</em></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Provide guidance and/or assistance to other IT team members.
&#9;<li>Work with Bank management on or lead special projects.
</ul>
<br>
<strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</u></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs Degree from an accredited university is required. Major in Computer Science, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification required. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or additional certifications preferred.
&#9;<li>7+ yearsâ work-related experience with Windows Server, Windows workstation, and Office. 
&#9;<li>Good understanding of IT Service Management framework and principles including formal change control standards and processes.
&#9;<li>Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred.
&#9;<li>Excellent understanding of System and Network Technology and Security fundamentals
&#9;<li>Experience working with Microsoft domain architectures and Enterprise Backup.
&#9;<li>In-depth knowledge of PC hardware.
&#9;<li>Familiar with Cisco routing and switching.

The Help Desk & Network Manager will be responsible for the direction of all Network Operations Center (NOC) and IT Help Desk (HD) personnel and ensures team members provide timely, high quality, accurate, and efficient service client branches, departments, and customers. <br>

<strong>Salary: </strong>$125,000 - $135,000 per year - Commensurate with experience and qualifications<br>
<br>
<strong><u>PRIMARY DUTIES:</u></strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Provide supervision and coaching to NOC and HD staff and help ensure the ongoing delivery of excellent service to all business areas
&#9;<li>Architect, configure, and oversee the daily performance and availability of the Bankâs network and workstation infrastructure. 
&#9;<li>Provide analysis and appropriate recommendations to meet future needs.
&#9;<li>Recommend, coordinate implementation of, and ensure the daily management and monitoring of security systems including: firewalls, access controls lists, systems permissions, Domain security policies, endpoint protection, security information event management systems, and secure communication channels
&#9;<li>Ensure availability and performance of the Bankâs VoIP system including: call center software, conferencing software, voicemail, and call management systems
&#9;<li>Manage the vendor(s) that provide the Bankâs data/communication lines and act as the primary point of contact for network and workstation infrastructure-related vendors and service providers
&#9;<li>Coordinate with the CIO during vendor contract negotiations, prepare equipment and services purchase requests, and provide ongoing monitoring to ensure vendor service levels are met
&#9;<li>Lead the delivery of network and workstation-related initiatives and projects by coordinating resources, reviewing objectives and priorities, and ensuring formal project management methods are employed
&#9;<li>Assist the CIO with audits, regulatory exams, annual budgets, and capital expenditures
&#9;<li>Oversee the development and maintenance of all NOC and HD documentation
&#9;<li>Ensure ongoing compliance of team members to Bank policies and controls including SOX and GLBA
&#9;<li>Keep current on industry and technology related advancements and/or threats relevant to the Bank
&#9;<li>Work closely with the Information Security Officer on Information Services security related items
&#9;<li>Create/obtain, review, and approve periodic reports relating to systems access, vulnerability management, systems availability, performance monitoring, network traffic use and utilization, and other key areas

<strong><u>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</u></strong>
