We are seeking a Telecom Engineer with strong Cisco/Webex experience for a short-term contract opportunity with a large, established organization in the Orlando area. This role will support an enterprise telecommunications environment with a primary focus on Cisco Webex, number porting, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.<br>

This is an onsite position and is ideal for someone who can step into an existing telecom environment, quickly understand the infrastructure, and contribute with minimal ramp-up.<br>

Responsibilities<br>

- Support and troubleshoot a Cisco Webex-based telecommunications environment<br>
- Coordinate and perform telephone number/DID porting activities<br>
- Troubleshoot voice, calling, connectivity, and telecom-related issues<br>
- Assist with Webex configuration and administration as needed<br>
- Work through porting issues and coordinate resolution of telecom-related problems<br>
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration information, and project records<br>
- Work closely with internal IT/telecom resources to support project timelines and day-to-day needs<br>
- Help ensure telecom changes and porting activities are completed accurately and on schedule<br>

<strong>Required Qualifications</strong>

<ul>

&#9;<li>Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and payment ecosystems.
