ACH Processing Support

Looking for a technical minded individual with prior banking experience holding hands-on exposure to ACH processes. The ACH Processing Support will be responsible for working within ticketing systems to help complete a large volume of client related requests. 

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute ACH Processing Collection and Distribution Window on three platforms.
• Complete a large volume of client related request daily via Service Now ticket system.
• Monitors the applications, systems and hardware in the processing environment for abnormal processing conditions.
• Researches and resolves user problems as well as issues and problems with software systems, operations processing, and assigned processing environments.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.

Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
