Job Description


Kavaliro has partnered with a client in Jacksonville, Florida who is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic team.This position allows for remote work or a hybrid setup if you're based in Jacksonville.

  • This role is commission-free, focusing solely on base pay. While remote work is acceptable, those located in Jacksonville have the option for a hybrid setup.

  • Some travel may be necessary for client visits, both domestic and international.

  • You'll collaborate closely with a small team.

  • Your responsibilities will involve outreach, cold calls, email correspondence, following up with leads, and managing client accounts. Additionally, you'll provide platform training to clients, ensuring they utilize it effectively.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication
  • Prior sales or account management experience
  • Basic project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English

Duties:
  • You'll be at the forefront of managing client needs, from communication to execution.
  • Your tasks will include data entry, scheduling, sales initiatives, and more.
  • You'll guide our partners through the scheduling process, expand their software usage, and identify potential deals with new partners.

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Your duties will encompass:
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Addressing client needs and maintaining relationships
  • Recommending targeted marketing strategies
  • Generating and presenting reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requests
  • Resolving issues and maintaining detailed records
