Job Description
 Key Responsibilities

Tax Preparation & Planning: Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses. Provide proactive tax and business planning to help clients minimize liabilities.

Bookkeeping: Maintain clean and accurate financial records for various business clients, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized.

Payroll & Accounting Services: Manage payroll services for small-to-mid-sized businesses, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Strategic Advisory: Offer professional guidance on business structure, financial health, and long-term growth strategies.

Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for financial inquiries, providing strategic guidance for unique business needs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in tax preparation and full-cycle bookkeeping.

Skills: * Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems.

Strong understanding of current tax laws and filing due dates.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations.
