Kavaliro has an immediate need for an  Application Support Analyst with intermediate experience doing 24/7 Production Support. Need hands-on experience with Autosys execution and scripting, UNIX execution and scripting, Oracle querying, Tibco management, and on call rotation participation. Knowledge of default loan management is a plus with extraordinary attention to detail.

What you will work  on:

  • Log interactions and escalate as needed.

  • Follow up on escalated issues.

  • Direct customers to guides and training resources. Update training materials.

  • Perform emergency setup and configuration for customers.

  • Provide training to customers in routine program operation.

  • Monitor the system for errors, bug, and potential performance enhancements.

  • Analyze and resolve technical problems raised by external customers via phone, web chat, email, and fax.

  • Need to have strong communication skills

  • Ability to read JAVA code

Education:
  • Bachelor' s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
