Architectural Designer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Layout and Architecture.
- Performs these functions in various capacities across multiple architectural projects at any one time, during any one of the aforementioned project phases.
- Create and update architectural drawings and schematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless project flow.
- Ensure compliance with design, legal, and zoning regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, SketchUp, and ClickUp,
- Preferred Procore
- Exceptional communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Retail or construction industry experience
- Master’s degree in Architecture
