Job Description

Our ideal candidate brings experience and knowledge in developing and executing financial management and accounting strategies. In addition, this person should possess:
  • Thorough, practical knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliations and the month-end/year end close process
  • Inclination to automate processes for efficiency and data integrity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing experience preferred
  • 2+ years of direct management
  • Proficient with Excel with a strong systems background
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to mentor and develop staff
