Job Description
Kavaliro has partnered with a client who is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of BI analysts, data engineers, and other BI professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute the company's BI strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business intelligence needs and opportunities.

Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of business intelligence data.

BI Architecture and Development:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Stay abreast of emerging BI technologies and trends.

Data Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their analytical needs.

Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BI tools and processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and implement best practices.

User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and platforms.
- Ensure users can effectively utilize BI solutions to make informed decisions.

Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and implement BI tools and solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of BI technologies, data visualization, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
