Job Description

Kavaliro's client is seeking a Business Application Analyst in Holly Hill, FL.


Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or related field required. 
  • Experience in a Windows Server, Azure or AWS Cloud,  or business application support role.
  • Entry Level certification required: MS-900 Microsoft IT Support or equivalent, is required.
  • Work experience with one or more current releases of industry frameworks: HIPAA, HIPAA HITECH, PCI, ISO, NIST, or COBIT preferred.
  • Experience supporting various software such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, RightFax, GoAnywhere MFT, or Adobe required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written skills required.
  • Experience with problem-solving of higher-level reported software issues and the ability to drive the issue through to resolution required.
  • Experience creating testing plans and/or executing software testing and validation required.
  • Experience with vendor management, customer representative, and issue resolution required.
  • Experience with maintain an Active Directory user accounts, is preferred.
