Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Leadership in Manufacturing:
    • Provide strategic financial leadership to support manufacturing operations and business growth.
    • Drive cost-effective strategies while maintaining high-quality standards in production.

  2. MS Dynamics Expertise:
    • Leverage extensive MS Dynamics experience to optimize financial and manufacturing processes.
    • Oversee the integration of MS Dynamics into manufacturing operations for enhanced efficiency.

  3. Global Financial Management:
    • Navigate international financial landscapes and manage financial operations across global subsidiaries.
    • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure standardized financial practices and reporting.

  4. Financial Reporting:
    • Lead the development and preparation of comprehensive financial reports and analyses.
    • Implement robust reporting systems to provide insights into manufacturing performance.

  5. ERP Implementation:
    • Oversee the successful implementation of ERP systems, with a focus on manufacturing modules.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization.

  6. Cost Control and Optimization:
    • Implement cost control measures within manufacturing processes.
    • Work closely with operations teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

  7. Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with manufacturing operations.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard financial interests.

  8. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and international financial standards.
    • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to manufacturing and financial regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CFO in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive experience with MS Dynamics and successful implementation in a manufacturing setting.
  • Global exposure with a strong understanding of international manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis within a manufacturing context.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with a focus on manufacturing modules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • CPA, CFA, or relevant professional certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
