  • Expert knowledge of ITIL standards and processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management
  • In depth knowledge of Windows servers2003/2008/2012, Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, Active Directory, VMWare and VDI.
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure management concepts.
  • Functional knowledge of related tools like Appsense, EdgeSight, Perceiver etc.
  • 5+ year experience in handling large geographically distributed operations support teams
  • Should be able to identify the value innovations and process improvements in current project
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Very good Communication, Documentation, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
