Job Description
Kavaliro has partnered with a Private HOA Community in Bonita Springs, FL seeking a Controller.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Distribute monthly financial reports, financial statements, and bank reconciliations, as well as any supporting documents.
- Manage operations including payroll, AP/AR, general cashiering, taxes and internal controls
- Review financial information to ensure compliance with established procedures and accounting principles.
- Research open accounting issues in a timely manner and recognize potential issues and/or discrepancies.
- Prepare all aspects of financial statement reports for a portfolio of design projects and service contracts, and for the corporate office.
- Provide accounting services/support for various internal functions (e.g., accounts receivable/payable, payroll)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or related required
- Strong accounting experience at a private golf club/golf community
- HOA experience and understanding of fund accounting
- Previous Accounting supervisory experience
Compensation:
- 95k - 110k
