Customer Service Representative

Kavaliro has partnered with a local Petaluma client seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fulltime, contract to hire opportunity.
- Manage orders and inventory to ensure the fulfillment process flows smoothly and efficiently
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, requests, and orders and resolve any concerns
- Route orders from shipping specifications to invoice submissions, all with the goal of creating a smooth and positive working relationship
- Enter and update new and existing customer information in NetSuite
- BA/BS or 2-4 years customer service experience is a preferred
- Experience in NetSuite or Google Workspace is a plus
