Job Description


Responsibilities: 
  • Assisting users in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Installing new technology including Apps, operating system updates, devices, peripherals and more.
  • Onboarding and offboarding users (macOS, Windows, email accounts, and more).
  • Writing clear, detailed notes within tickets. Make it better for your peers and the client.
  • Learning new technology and growing your skills constantly.

Qualifications:
  • Support experience in Windows mixed environments.
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 (users, Microsoft Exchange, licensing).
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve end-user technical support issues quickly and accurately (a desktop support wizard).
  • Ability to organize work, establish priorities, meet established deadlines, and follow up on assignments.
  • Know when to ask for help.
  • Associate degree or higher.
