Nassau, Bahamas | Relocation Offered
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Sales & Operations to lead our retail showroom, finance operations, and distribution center in Nassau, Bahamas. This leader will drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience while leading a team of 5–8 sales associates, guest services, and operations staff.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys building strong teams, optimizing operations, and implementing innovative ideas that drive results.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing sales and guest services team

Oversee daily operations across showroom, finance, and distribution

Drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Partner with leadership as a collaborative co-leader to implement strategic initiatives

Identify and implement creative solutions to improve processes and revenue

Manage sales, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics
Preferred Experience

Retail leadership with strong sales and operations oversight
-
Experience managing teams in showroom, customer service, and distribution environments

Strong communicator with an innovative, solutions-focused mindset

Experience with Storis/Encompass or DispatchTrack preferred
